I just wanted to post this as I'm seeing and feeling some positive results. I don't know that I'm using it the way I'm "supposed" to, but I could care less. I think it's working.
Pre/during/post-workout I've been drinking:
2 scoops of Results
2 scoops of BCAA's
with my customary Rockstart or Monster.
I drink about half of it pre-workout and sip on it during. Whatever might be left over I'll finish at the end and follow that with:
3 scoops of Maximus
1 scoop of Nitrean
I feel like I'm recovering better and I might even be getting a little leaner, despite my best efforts to stay jacked. I know the Results is making a difference durring my training. I'm guessing the constant supply of sugar is helping my body with energy needs during 2-3 hour heavy training sessions.
If you're using any of these supplements, give this a shot and let me know what you think. i think it kicks ass.
Chris, great stuff. Ask Vincent. I've never been a believer in supplements. I always thought they were gimmicks. This stuff has me drinking the Kool-aid.
