The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Results, Maximus, Nitrean, BCAA's

I just wanted to post this as I'm seeing and feeling some positive results. I don't know that I'm using it the way I'm "supposed" to, but I could care less. I think it's working.

    Pre/during/post-workout I've been drinking:

    2 scoops of Results
    2 scoops of BCAA's
with my customary Rockstart or Monster.

I drink about half of it pre-workout and sip on it during. Whatever might be left over I'll finish at the end and follow that with:

    3 scoops of Maximus
    1 scoop of Nitrean

I feel like I'm recovering better and I might even be getting a little leaner, despite my best efforts to stay jacked. I know the Results is making a difference durring my training. I'm guessing the constant supply of sugar is helping my body with energy needs during 2-3 hour heavy training sessions.

If you're using any of these supplements, give this a shot and let me know what you think. i think it kicks ass.

Chris, great stuff. Ask Vincent. I've never been a believer in supplements. I always thought they were gimmicks. This stuff has me drinking the Kool-aid.

That's awesome Matt! Once you are on the RESULTS for about 10 days you will see the full effects and a significant difference in the training volume you can handle and benefit from.

Chris:.. on the site you changed the recommended intake for results from 2 scoops before workout to 2 scoops after workout. I've been doing the new recommendation and have been happy so far. However, Rhodehouse seems satisfied with doing it before..
I realize timing with these ingredients isn't to crucial but Im just wondering on anyones thought on this.

The idea of spiking insulin post workout is that it will enhance both glycogen and protein synthesis thus allowing for the possibility of improved recovery.

A big thank you goes out to Chris Mason and ALN. I just hit a very fast and strong 475 raw bench and I put a great push on 500 with my incredible benchers' physique.

I've been using the supplements I listed above (Nitrean, Maximus, BCAA's and Results) consistantly for the past 2 months and I feel it helped my training and recovery tremendously.

Chris, your support has been much appreciated.

Support Chris and ALN because he supports us and what we love to do.
