Well I warmed up today on bench press and stuck 200 on there, what I've believed was my max for awhile now. I did 200 no problem, no struggling at all right. I figured I could get 210 so I put it on there and sat there resting for a few minutes cuz there was only one other person in the gym to spot me and she was in a set. I got to thinking way too much and must've psyched myself out cuz I pushed it slightly off my chest and then just seemed to give up. I guess I'll get it next time.
