    Beer is mostly water too.

Gatorade has alot of calories and sugar to be drinking it all the time but I guess that depends on your goals

sCaRz is right - do a little research and you'll answer your own question.

    ^^

And do you brush your teeth after every meal like dentists suggest? They're not bad for your teeth if you take care of your teeth.

food is actually mostly water, so are you, so am i, so is the entire world..

Ive not got enough time here, i got to go to work, but water is massively important! theres 20-25 legit reasons to take it - it keeps you hydrated, which makes sure the entire body is running smoothly in short, everything goes to the right places at the right times (which also speeds up your metabolism) / it flushes out toxins

I am not here to thread jack or anything, and I have come to the realization that a minimum of a gallon a day is a necessity but I do have one simple question. Do you have to spread out your consumption of the gallon+ throughout the day, or is it close to being as effective if you chug half a gallon, a few hours later chug another half. <- Was just an example, might only chug 1/4 x 4 throughout the day. Just curious if it has to be spread out for the water to benefit the body in its suggested ways.
Don't asker for a light load, but a strong back.

You should spread it out throughout the day... if you just chug it the body will take what it needs and ull pee out the rest and the water it took in will be there alone for longer, drinking continuously cycles the water that is in the body and allows for the body to take in more water when it needs to, like when you begin to dehydrate due to heat or something.... lol

No, I don't tend to brush my teeth after sipping on a gatorade.

The studies were saying if you drink a sports drink, just slam it as fast as you can, no sipping or enjoying the flavor.

you should be drinking a lot through the day, but drinking loads at once will actually dehydrate you, rather than hydrate - bad move

That's what most dentists will tell you about any sugary drink. The problem with sports drinks is people sip on them for long periods of time. I had a buddy in high school who had a 44 ounce soda in his hands at all times, just sip sip all day. Dude had crazy cravities and nasty teeth by 18.

Yeah, not smart. I can't imagine sipping those kinds of drinks. I usually slam them down.
