Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
I cannot do more than 1 pull up. Is it real bad? Every back pr biceps day I try to do some pull ups and fail. Its a bit discouraging. Some say its the best (or one of the best) one for back. Am I really missing something?? Any alternate exercises?
