first to start off im talking cell-mass,no xplode musclemilk,humana-test and multivitamin.
I have put on 20 pds of muscle since i started training. Now ive been stuck at 225 for some time now. Ive peeked out. I tried new workouts and eating plans and cant seem to gain more mass. Any other supplements that can get me past this peek and on my way to 235? should i substitute any of the ones im on now? thanks
dave

Eat more food.
How many calories are you eating daily?

You haven't peaked out. Just stop taking those ghey supplements and start eating more. What is humana-test? I hope not a pro hormone.

Hey, maybe putting that stuff in you stopped your NATURAL test and you are peaked out!!!
HAHA.
Next time do some research before you put things into your body. Although I'm sure that crap didn't do anything.

Eat more food.
Yup! Bodybuilding 101, if you're not growing, eat more!!!
Humanatest? What the hell is that supposed to be? Some herbal test booster? I'll put in my 2 cents that most (all?) of the supplements you listed, aside from the multi, aren't really worth it (I'll get flak for muscle milk I bet lol).
And you meant to say that you 'plateaud' (sp?) or hit a plateau. It took me like 3 read to realize you meant you 'peAked out'.

Seriously, you're getting flamed, because we care. ;)
Can you describe your diet? Not the foods or the meal breakdown, just the calories, grams of protein, carb and fat.
Maybe describe your training too? Let's see if we can bust this plateau for you.
