last night i froze a load of different fruit, and after my workout today did this:

Orange Juice
Frozen Banana
Frozen Nectarine
Frozen Plum
Whey protein

put it all in a blender, blended it up, lots of fruity nutrients, protein from the whey, tasted good, very thick from frozen fruit, creamy from frozen banana and whey protein.

try it!!

i also tried this for breakfast:

Oats
Very strong coffee, cooled
Milk
Whey protein
Chocolate nesquick
Frozen Banana

put it in a blender again, came out quite good (dont know exact proportions, would need to be perfected) but filled me up nicely, with caffeine to wake me up, plenty of carbs and protein to keep me going.

I like the second one.The first one sounds almost like a sorbet.
