Just thought I'd post this. It's from about a month ago but I doubt I got any bigger because I can't gain any weight at my current job. I'd say I was probably around 165-167lbs@5'10 here. It's a pretty bad pictures because I was in direct light so I tried darkening it a bit in Photoshop to show some definition, plus I have no tan at all.

And here are some from about 7 months ago, not the same pose but the only ones I have (added stupid face because mine were even dumber). I never noticed how small my chest was back then.

I've never been impressed with how the front of me looks, I'm just not happy with it at all for some reason. I never look good to myself and I really hate how my left pec is less "full" than my right, but I'm not sure how to fix that short of DB presses.

My left arm used to be tiny compared to my right, and it still is smaller, but it's getting there. I don't think I was flexing it hard because of the tendonitis I have in my forearm area.

And I had to re-type all this because my PC rebooted, hooray!

Don't you train for strength though and not a bodybuilding routine?

I am right now only because I can't eat enough to put on any mass (not while at this warehouse job) but I noticed I was still getting stronger almost every week. I hoped I would at least get to a half decent size, but I don't know. My rep range for the main three lifts are usually 5 since I do the 5x5, maybe I'll switch back to 8 or so. I don't want to concentrate on one style vs the other, I wanted to kind of mix it together and get bigger and stronger. Right now I'm just getting stronger, which I guess isn't a bad thing.

Any guess on BF%? I probably gained around 15-20lbs from the "before" pictures.

I'm curious now if I'd see any decent improvements if I did something like a higher rep 5x5...

Looking good man. You definitly gained some weight and size.

Now do something about that hair. Buzz it or something!

Haha thanks. The hair was definitely in need of a cut back then. I can't buzz it because I have like 45 dents all over the place, my head is oddly shaped :(

For even more funny, this was taken just as I started working out a couple years ago.

Wow I found this one too, from about 4 years ago. I'd say since then I've had about 2.5 years of "working out", though not as serious as I am now.

Don't mind the shorts under the pants, I had gym class that day. Same as the other actually.

Thanks :) There is a pretty big difference. I looked like I was starving in the before picture above. It's gross to look at now.
