Starts April 1, so I gotta get ready and make the diet now...I made a diet..but it's close, but not close enough...please help, thanks. :help:
My goals for this diet are to be:
250g protein/281g carbs/41g fat/2500 cals
meal 1
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
16 oz. water
hydroxycut
meal 2 (post-workout)
35g sweet tarts
1 scoop protein
5g creatine
8g l-glutamine
32 oz. water
meal 3
1 can tuna
2 slices wheat bread
2 tbsp. low fat mayo
meal 4
2 scoops protein
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 slice wheat bread
16 oz. water
hydroxycut
meal 5

2 whole eggs
16 oz. water
meal 6
150g turkey/chicken
meal 7
1 can tuna
1 tbsp. flax seed oil
2 cups skim milk

This diet is roughly:
46.5g fat/185g carbs/251g protein/2162.5 cals
So as you see...I am about 49.5 cals high on the fat and 384 cals low on the carbs, and 337.5 cals low altogether. So take out the fat, add in around 96g carbs..and I'm there...bah...thanks.
