View Full Version : Chest, Back and Legs Pictures
Hi. Any feedback or constructive criticism (e.g. how to pose properly (even though I'm not a bodybuilder, lol), whether I look any better than before etc. ) and/ or guesses on bodyfat % are more than welcolme.
So:
1st picture is me before - maybe a month or two ago or so
2nd picture - current upper back pose
3rd picture - chest and triceps
4th and 5th pictures - left leg then right leg, sorry guys
Cheers - AH
p.s. you'll have to forgive my lack of ICT skills :)
6th picture - random pic of my right biceps
And my stats: Height: 5ft11 1/2, Weight: 140 lbs (bad, yeah I know).

Got a good base - you're very lean. Eat a ton, do some heavy exercises, and let the pieces fall where they may!

+1.
You've got fantastic potential to start growing big!
Go on a see food diet and lift some heavy ass weights :)

This is perfect advice. Eat and I have a feeling you will fill out nicely.

wow your bicep is impressive
Hey guys - can't tell you how much the positive comments mean and as for eating loads - will do.
Btw I owe my biceps size to chins and BO rows and not curls ... oh and of course squats and deadlifts too :)

definatly eat, tons. your way lean, a bulk would make you look good. good base though. time to pig out though, hit the buffets my friend.
lol. I hit the buffet not long ago, and I put on a shocking display - far less food went down the shovel than average. will have to go back again after my next workout - see if I can do any better.
edit: and I still haven't lost that goddamn six pack  - as a friend put it most wisely recently - 'a six pack is better kept in the fridge'...LOL will have to put that in my sig. :)
