Hello. I would be using the MUSCLETECH Hydroxycut HARDCORE to burn fat with cardio. is it really worth it ? Since i have heard a lot abt it ?:confused:

Almost no diet supplement burns fat. They do suppress appetite and help you with energy to get through workouts on low cals.

Hydroxycut works, but there are better alternatives. It is just basically very expensive caffeine pills.

i agree. it'll give you some energy to push through low calorie days.

that being said, there are much more effective and cheaper alternatives. with muscletech you are paying for the name.

i used one bottle it helped me drop the first 10 pounds but but after that my body seemed to get used to it and it didnt work, i have recently switched to lipo6x not a huge burst of energy like the hydroxycut but no huge crash eaither and so far it seems to be working... but on the other hand that could probobly linked to change in diet and intensity in the gym. if you can get your hands on it... ephedrine with caffeen and asprin is probobly the best way to go but just monitor yourself and start out slow as you would with any other suppliment and see how your body handles it... as far as hydroxycut goes... everyones right.. your paying for hype
