ok long story short

i am 31 years old,five foot nine inches and i weigh 127 pounds

i am setting a goal to myself to weigh 200 piunds by the end of august that is
7 months from now.

what i would like to know from those of you with expiriance.

is it possible for me to put on almost 80 pounds in 7 months

and what are the best things to do/not do to attain this goal.

Your gonna put on a good amount of fat, seeing as how your going to try and consistently gain ~1.7lbs a week. < just had to put out the fat thing, not sure if its a concern of yours. Search the forums on "Bulking", theres a lot of useful info already discussed on here. All I'm gonna say is thats gonna be tough... and expensive. Good luck, keep us posted on progress if you do it. P.S. Make sure youre lifting heavy!

Not trying to be a downer but thats not really a realistic goal. 80 lbs. in 7 months (assuming you dont want to gain 80 lbs. of fat) is just not going to happen. Its going to take time, so start with a more realistic goal like getting to around 150 by that time. Much more achievable and realistic. Plus, 23 lbs in 6 months or so is about 1 lb per week and much healthier for your body, not to mention if you train and eat properly, it will be mostly muscle.
