I'm 17 fairly underweight and not fully grown yet (hopefully!!). I wanted to increase my muscle mass but wasn't sure on a diet and workout program - preferably one which I can carry out in my own room at school without weights.
I'm also not sure whether working out will stunt my growth, can anyone help?

Working out won't stunt your growth.

I'd suggest getting some weights. (period)

Yeah, working out definately will not stunt your growth. I started working out when I was 14 and a half, and I've still seen a lot of bone growth since then.

Thanks for your help you guys. Do you know a good food to help build up muscle or does it come from nowhere with just weights?

protein, protein, and more protein.

tuna, chiken, steak,any kind of meat and fish. and dairy , lots of milk.
