A while back I posted about my key club gym on a second level of a building. Well, long story short, the city building inspector put the clamps on this project, so the owner of the building let me have a space in the back of the building, which is 1,500 sq. ft. and was used for storage. It's been a long road, but I finally have it about ready. Mike form the Powerstation Gym is letting me use one of his monolifts for the gym. I'll pick it up next week. Here are some pics. The top picture is the place before we started. Added some flourescent lighting, and dry wall, and some paint, and it makes a big difference. The last picture is the keypad entry. It stores up to 120 different pin codes, and the lock is an electro-magnetic lock attached to a steel door. I wanted to thank everyone for their tips and input. I have a few finishing touches and it'll be ready

Smitty that is a super cool looking place! Great work man.

I edited your post to just embed all the pictures so it'd be easier. Hope you don't mind

Nice place Smitty! Looks like you have everything you need in there. I can see the stability baal for arch training, but I still cant figure out why all the curl bars lol

Nice place Smitty. That's exactly how CBC started out. You gonna make it up to the meet May 30?

Thanks Travis--I wasn't sure how to do that with the pics.
Bencher 8--I bought those curl bars (I also have a set like that with straight bars) with all the Nebula benches in a package deal from one of Pacifico's gym's that was closing over in Kettering. I honestly probably haven't done any curls for 3 years. LOL.
Jon--I will be helping 2 training partners--we have 2 guys that will be lifting and trying to get that 700 lb bench.
Thanks for the compliments everyone. It has been a long road, but it is definately worth it. If anyone needs any help getting something like this going, let me know. I have had some ups and downs and it has definately been an experience.

It will be Scott Shaffer and Randy Kirby--both are 242. Rob McNutt I think is doing it as well. He is 220.
