Since taking a break from taekwondo training to learn wing chun i dropped my two (and only) cardio sessions for a few months. So today i got back on the treadmill and kick bags and it dawned on me. What should I be consuming after an intense cardio workout? Is it the same as after an intense weights workout i.e. 50 grams whey and 50 grams of simple carbs then a big protien complex carbs meal an hour later? If i want to drop a bit of weight that is, about 10lbs in total.
