Tweaking my diet again to get rid of some stuff I saw people advise against...

21 years old, ~5'9", 140 pounds. I'm using a cutting diet and cardio/lifting routine until I get my body fat down to a good level (i.e. I can actually discern my abs again).

Meal 1 -
1/2 - 3/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 cup of skim/nonfat milk
1 whole large egg
2 egg whites

416 calories
9g fat/51g carb/30g pro

Meal 2 -
MET-Rx Protein Plus

230 calories
2g fat/9g carb/46g pro

Meal 3 -
1 cup whole wheat pasta
6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup salad

435 calories
13g fat/40g carb/42g pro

Meal 4 -
1 regular slice whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
4 tablespoons of lowfat cottage cheese

202 calories
10g fat/16g carb/13g pro

Meal 5 -
1 cup brown rice
4 oz. salmon
1/2 cup salad

457 calories
16g fat/47g carb/30g pro

Meal 6 -
MET-Rx Protein Plus (mix of fast and slow protein)
4 tablespoons cottage cheese

269 calories
1g fat/10g carb/53g pro

Total: 2007 calories
50g fat/177g carb/214g pro

Roughly 24% fat, 32% carbs, 45% protein
Are the ratios good? I was trying to get as close to 20/40/40 as possible, hehe. If you think I can replace something to get it even closer, I'd appreciate the suggestions...thanks again!

I'd replace that peanut butter with a can of tuna. Other than that, looks good.

I think it looks good as it is
