Tweaking my diet again to get rid of some stuff I saw people advise against...
21 years old, ~5'9", 140 pounds. I'm using a cutting diet and cardio/lifting routine until I get my body fat down to a good level (i.e. I can actually discern my abs again).
Meal 1 -
1/2 - 3/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 cup of skim/nonfat milk
1 whole large egg
2 egg whites

Meal 2 -

Meal 3 -
1 cup whole wheat pasta
6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast

4 tablespoons of lowfat cottage cheese

Are the ratios good? I was trying to get as close to 20/40/40 as possible, hehe. If you think I can replace something to get it even closer, I'd appreciate the suggestions...thanks again!
