hello all. not much to say just if u want to write its cool wit me write all u want.

wt: 421 lbs(down from something over450lbs)

im going to take measurements this week.

today i woke up and headed to the gym no eating. after i had turkey burger then later i had a shake and later while everyone ate cake(my birthday) :( but i maintained. then later i had a steak with corn and now i think ill just have a shake or somethin. not the best day but i feel good with it. i just have to add more food! :)

todays delts,triceps and traps.
i dont do overhead presses cause im going through shoulder problems and just doing isolation exercises.

front db rasies thumbs facing up 20x8,25x8,25x8
super setted with
side db laterals 20x8,20x8,20x8
rev. peck deck 80x10,120x8,150x6
tricep pushdowns 150x15,200x10,200x10,245x10
rev. grip one arm pushdown 50x10,80x8,80x6
hammer strength shrugs off the deadlift hammerstrength(the one thats real low) 180x10,270x10,360x8,450x6

no cardio today.

pre-workout: 2 baked ham and cheese low fat enpanadas
postworkout: myoplex with banana

meal 1-turkey sandwhich
meal 2-brown rice,baked beans and chicken
meal 3-myoplex

so far. im about to have a lean steak with some strawberries.

gym: hams,biceps and calves

stiff leg deadlifts(a lil westside style) barx10, 75x10, 105x5, 135x3, 165x3, 195x3, 225x3, 275x3 (last set with straps)
standing leg curls 45x10, 75x8, 75x6
olyimpic bar, barbell curls: barx10,65x8,86x8,115x6,135x3
hammer curls 40x8,50x8,40x12
standing calf raises on smith 90x10,180x10,180x8,180x6

no cardio today.

training: i was in a hurry to go to work so it was all machines. it was ok but no bench workout :(

hammer strength bench press 90x10,180x10,270x10
hammer strength incline press 180x8,270x6
cable crossovers 50x15,70x10,100x6 drop set to 70x6,drop it again to 40x8. for some reasdon i didnt feel anything! :(

i might be going to westside training cause i dont think this is working , not the training but like me training with my cousin(we boith have diff. ideas and wants).

today-back but half way i felt real sick and a lil dazzed.

training just now...yestradays diet was good this morning i did:

db front raises thumbs up. 20x10,20x10,20x10,25x10,25x10,30x10
db side laterals 20x10,25x10,30x10,35x10
bent db laterals 20x10,20x10,25x8

triceps i went lower cause im putting them back with triceps:

pulley pushdowns 100x20,100x20,150x10,180x10
incline elbows out db extensions 20x10,20x10,25x10,35x10

im tryn to keep all my non powerlifting exercises(ie.not squats,bench,deads etc.) to 10 reps.

well my cousin has this thign that if he doesnt train 5 days per week hes gonna get smaller so i have to train 5 days per week

lol yeah. we go diff. workouts like i go more compound less exercises more sets per exercise and he does like every damn mahcine in the place but we go in at the same time. its weird, and he still doesnt get it. im up in every exercise and passing him and he use to be stronger then me and now even his lifts are doing down! its sad. but its fun for me lol i make fun of him all the time. lol ;)

ohh man one of th best days of training! i hit another record for me. i have never ever done this amount of weight. and last week i thought that was the heaviest i could go! try 40lbs more! i dont know if its the diff. training(westside style sets or pre-workout meal or what ever) but well u'll see.

diet: pretty good, no complaints but i think im gonna start taking my meals with me.

training: ohh man!!

stiff leg deadlifts:
315x3 !!!!!!!! :eek: :strong: :p

man and i thought squating 315 was good...lol

cardio: none so far. might do some today.

well no PRs today :( but its still good i could have done more weight but i got into a fight with my cousin cause he thinks westside is a joke or something(whatever) so he rushed me and stuff .

diets ok

315x4 :( damn should have tried a lil more weight..lol

not great gym today. my shoulder was acting up again cause my damn cousin talked me into doing military hammer strength press :(

side laterals machine after the first rep my left shoulder started to hurt and stopped everything here.

ok well i did sumos today and only sumos. they where ok but well ill explain on the training forum(im gonna ask a question ) anyways.

took it light today. and all this week light. cause next monday is WESTSIDE TIME!!!!! ;)

chest and triceps:

ok first day DE bench day. wish i would have gne a lil heavier on other exercises but it was good.

bench press 205x3 for 6 sets(3 sets of pinkie on rim then 3 sets when about 4" closer)
elbows out incline db ext. 20x10,30x10
front raises with a 45lb plate 45x10,45x10
side laterals with a 10lb plate 10x10,10x10
bb rows 135x8,225x5
hammer curls 55x4,45x6

went good today. first tie really doing abs..lol good mornings i guess i have to see how or like where the bar goes cause it was light weight but i didnt know where to put the weight.

squats 185x2 for 6 sets
good mornings 35x10,55x10
static hold with db's 70s for 20 sec., 80s for 20 sec.
ab crunch machine 110x10,110x10
side bends 50sx10,50sx10
smith calf raises 90x10,140x10

WESTSIDE!!!!! man great workout!!! ME bench workout here is what i did.

-close grip bench press hit a single for 315 and should have gone up to 345 for a try.

-JM press 85x10,95x10
-db front raises 25x10,30x8
-side laterals 20x10,30x6
-front pulldowns 120x10,200x10,240x6(grip problem)
-hammer curls 55x5,55x5

my grip on close bench was right before u get to the middle smooth part. in case u wanted to know.

great day!!!!! man first time doing real GMs and they went great! got my form down perfect! and man this exercises works everything im telln u! my traps are sore, my forearms are sore, my shoulder and back..man i love it!! even my calves felt good! i love it!!!!

ok now to what i did this morning:

-GMs hit a triple for 255
-stiff leg deadlifts 135x10,135x10
-machine ab thing 120x10,140x10
-side bends dbs 60x10,70x10
-smith calf raises 140x10,140x10

great day!

my only thig i need to do or start or workon is diet :( even cardio is atleast 3-5 times a week..but diet is just poor

i went back to the old way of training for some glucose reasons. see before everything was going great, my strength was up, i was losing some weight, my super was down. but im not sure but lately my sugar was a lil higher even with my pills and i dont know i just was doing good and doing want anything to mess with it. maybe later when im lower in weight ill go westside again. but today i did a normal routine.

-incline db press 55sx10,75x10,100x8(i hit a clean 6 by my self and my cuz helped me do the last 2)
-hammer strength bench press(i was weak after the incline) so did 180x6,230x6,230x4(very hard)
-cable crossovers 60x10,80x10,80x10

havent writen much but im str8. just kept holding it off and forgettin..anyways today was a good back workout nice bb rows ;)

pulldowns(lighter) 100x10,150x8,200x8,200x8
bb rows 135x10(felt great!),225x6,275x4(new pr!) :)
thats was it for the day..felt tired after rows.
