Is that a good ratio of cabs, protein, and fat for a bulk?

I'm 160, never bulked before.. and am just getting into serious weightlifting... How many calories should I take in?

What type of a routine would be best on a bulk, for a beginner? Just a normal routine, working each body part once a week?

For a cut, do I just reduce the calories by 500? Same %'s?

Should I do something like German Body Comp for cutting, or just keep the same routine... and add in supersets to get aerobic benefits?

How long should I bulk for? How long should I cut for?

Would it be stupid to do something like meltdown training, or German Body comp while bulking?

Is that good? I think i might try to change it to 40/40/20..

What, if anything, should I change?

Sunflower seeds? BAHAHAHAH, try STEAK

TOO much whey, its only good post workout, and eat one of the bananas post workout too. Other than that, not too bad for a first bulk.

replace all the unneccary whey with solid meals with protein source and carbs source.

nejar462 is right, Add cans of tuna @ 10:00 am no whey and one @ 9:50 pm and get rid of some of that banana that will add about 60g protein.

Steak is to expensive.....

Why tuna instead of whey?

Are you saying have Whey @ 9:50 PM or tuna @ 9:50 PM?

Why get rid of the banana's? I thought they were very healthy, helped recovery, and had lots of carbs... How many should I get rid of, and @ what times?

Tuna @ 9, whole foods are better for you, its alot to explain just take everyones advise. I don't see the point in carbs before bed

So just take out banana's @ 9:50? Would milk be fine instead of tuna then? Like 20oz's...

In a day, I drink about a gallon /day, i'm gonna cut down to 1/2/day I think...

Does this look like it might be right?

Here's what i'm eating.....

5 Egg Whites, Cup of oatmeal, banana

Whey w/ milk (I drink about 60oz's milk/day), cup of oatmeal, 2 banana's

Chicken breast, cup of rice, brocolli

cup sun flower seeds

Chicken Breast, brocolli

Whey w/ grape juice (16 oz's)

Cup of cottage cheese, cup of sunflower seeds

If this is right, should I change anything? THe sunflower seeds and milk are where most of my fat comes from... should I eat less of them? Sunflower seeds have zinc, so that's good to eat at night right?

You begin the day eating every 2 hours which is good. Then you have a HUGE gap between your 3rd meal and your pre-workout meal. If you are not going to add an extra meal to fill in the gap then you should at least change the times of the 2nd and 3rd meals, say to 11:00 and 3:00.
Also, it is okay to eat right before bed and in your case would definitely make more sense than eating your last meal an hour after the meal prior to it. Have the sunflower seeds (cough...cough...try to replace those with something like meat or fish and if you need to add fat to a lean cut of meat have a scoop of natty pb or some flax oil or almonds) and 2 bananas at 10:50 right before bed.

Yeah, I know about eating 2 hours... I tried to change it as best as possible (Look above post, before yours :)).. I work from 1:6, so it's hard to eat there.....

I'll prob take out the sunflower seeds @ night... and just eat more cottage cheese
