Today is my birthday, and I was wondering how detrimental it would be to sacrifice my diet for one day, and let it rip... i dont think it would be too bad to let it loose for one day.. what do yall think?

Happy Birthday...and no, one day of splurgin won't hurt ya.

Alot of people have a once a week "cheat" days where they're more lax on diet restrictions....consider today your cheat day. :)

Let er rip man!! You HAVE to let loose once and a while...I do believe in dedication and progress but I think it is healthy to fall off the wagon every so now and then. You may feel lousy for a day afterwards but you recover quickly, not like you are going to destroy years of work with a one day binge!

there is a lady who was severly overweight she said you should cheat every now and again.. not a cheat day but cheat meals... she said once a year on her birthday is her cheat time and she eats cake and her favorite meal which is really unhealthy i forget.. it wont hurt you so happy birthday and enjoy

It's just one day versus a long period of eating clean and healthy. Enjoy your birthday =).
