I decided to return to WBB to keep myself more motivated.

STATS:6'1'' 248LB(i know i've gain a lot) bodyfat%(too high)


Goal:cut down to about 225lb and keep my strengh


ROUTINE:sunday:chest,tris
monday:back,bis
tuesday:rest
wednesday:legs
thursday;delts,arms
friday and sat:rest

Cardio will be done 3 times a week possibly on rest days

diet:high in protein,moderate in carbs,low in fat(I'll try to keep track of what I eat eat everyday)



I've gain a lot of weight since i left here about 30 pounds and it's not all muscle but I don't look that bad

I'm still wrestling every saturday night so I know I'll do a lot of cardio on saturday
