I'm browsing a site and i came across some supps that i thought looked interesting, but i'd like to get some opinions on.

If i'm not mistaken, the standard dose for creatine is 5g per dose. Unless taking around 9.5 per dose would be necessary to ensure you get enough of the other stuff that is in it.. I'm not sure, but I know one of you supp gurus will know ;) Also when would be the best time to take this particular creatine supplement? I'm sure there's been a ton of threads on it in the past, but would it be just after meals, just before workouts, just after, etc??

and my EC brand, http://www.1fast400.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=99 I like this because you only have to pop them once a day, but am I really sacrificing a lot of the benefits of using an EC stack by using this particular brand?
I know this was long winded, but I would really, really appreciate input on these supps that i'm considering buying. Thanks for reading, people :)
