Hey im bulking now and I know there are several recipes for pancakes out here, I love pancakes......this is how I eat em on a saturday morning.
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cottage cheese
1 whole egg
4 egg whites
dash of cinnamin
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 scoop protein (i use nitro tech)
blend it up and makes about 4-5 pancakes, top with strawberries....mmmmmmmmm!
what I came up with:
total calorie count if you eat all four
880cals 80protein 67carbs 6fat
for one is:
220cals 20protein 16carbs 1fat
