I have noticed a few posts(not just on WBB) about steroids like Deca, Tren, EQ, and Drol being kinda of depressing is thier any truth to that? I did notice my last cycle which contained tren and EQ I wasn't as hyped and confident as when I did Test and d-bol before. I don't know it's probably just a bunch of *****.

I'm tired of seeing your uneducated posts attacking different memebers for making a personal decision to use steroids.

I'm not here to baby sit.

Post in this forum again and you are banned.

Nandrolones have been conclusively linked with depression because of their progesteronic activity.

Progesterone is the main problem here. Dynamic changes in progesterone or having to much or too little can cause many psychological disorders in both men and women. Depression, mood swings are the most common but the severe can range to different forms of mania or psychosis.

A few months ago I watched a video on women who had been incarcerated for committing violent crimes and the doctors were unable to treat their rage/disorder with any form of medication. A few years later it was determined that these "insane" women had an abnormal progesterone production which was corrected with birth control pills. Within weeks all signs of any psychological disorder had disappeared.

As for the other steroids you mentioned

Anadrol does seem to interact with the progesterone receptor which would cause the same problem however no study that I've seen has yet to look at a correlation between anadrol and depression.

Tren I still don't believe has any progesteronic activity, or to any significant degree. However Tren is very suppressive to natural T production which has been proven to cause depression. So the mechanism is possible. This would also be another venue for nandrolone to cause even further depression.

EQ would not by any direct mechanism as it is acted upon in similar manner as Testosterone. However on a high dose EQ cycle without exogenous Test then you could have the same situation I mentioned with Tren.
