1.30pm Post workout shake.. 40g dextrose, 2 scoops whey
2.30pm::200g brown rice, 150g chicken breast, 200g vege
5.00pm::Bowl of salad, 150g tuna, 1 Tblsp Flaxseed oil.
8.00pm::Bowl of salad 150g chicken breast, 100g avacado.
10.30pm::2 scoops night time shake, 1tblsp flax seed oil.
10.45pm Bed time..
I havent added all my supps in here..

holy crap dude,
you are shredded. I couldn't do that year 'round. It's hard enough to gain size I only focus on it weeks out of a competition.

uhmmm, is there some alternative to getting food every two hours and so many "supplements"?. I definitely think that I never will get more that I got in my first months of training. Anyway I think that creatine is the solution, because all people that take it look so "great"

Hey buddy, i have never used creatine.. Ephadra, protein powders, bcaa's and glutamine peptides yes but not creatine...

buggy: you are incredibly ripped. that is quite an accomplishment to maintain that low a bodyfat while apparently holding onto so much muscle.

this is the only pic that was taken with my legs in it.. My legs are'nt to bad, but my calves just dont seem to grow..
