When cycling Clen, 2 weeks on 2 off, should I go the whole 2 weeks without a cheat day, or have my usual cheat day after about a week? I usually feel as though fat loss slows after about ten days in calorific deficit. The cheat day also helps me to maintain my focus on eating clean. Any thoughts?

Damn...I'm doin this right now! Hahahaha... funny you should ask this...
I did 2 weeks on, then the 2 weeks off, each saturday I've been taking off (not exercising at ALL) and eating about 300-400 g carbs and my regular amount of protein....around 250-300 probly...

Then on Sunday and Monday I go back to my low carb, low fat, high protein diet. I'll use the stored liver glycogen from saturday to lift my whole body....Sunday I do Chest/Bi's/Abs/Delts & Traps... Monday I'll do Back/Leg/tri's. Then each day I'll still do my 40 minutes of cardio after...The rest of the week I don't lift, I'll just do 40 minutes of cardio. I've found that the cheat day on saturday is really good to help me with the diet and its also kinda something to look forward to at the end of the week. Ii'm in my last week of clen and T3 (starting tomorrow) and I"ve really leaned out.... Did this help you any??

Maki- My bf is pretty high at the mo, around 20%, hoping to get down to 14-15% by September 25th, is this a reasonable target? My weight is 85kg.
Spidey- that was a big help, cheers bro. Have u tried cycling 2 days on two days off as i was considering giving this a go aswell.

You've had a cheat life. :p

Seriously, I'd just do a meal, not a day. And clen 10 days, not 14.

I wouldn't reward yourself with a cheat meal nor a day until you get down to 12%.

If you really must have one then every 2 weeks will suffice.
Your goal is to make as much progress as possible without taking any unnessacry steps backward.

Lately I've been having a cheat weekend instead of a day or meal! I think last week I had a cheat 4 days, lol! I gained about 6 pounds in a week from that!!
