Here is a diet I plan to follow while cutting. Suggestions or comments will be very helpful. I'm a newbie.

7:00 a.m.: wake-up. Natty p.b. sandwhich

slice of wheat bread---50, 4/10/1
8:00 a.m.: workout
9-9:15 a.m.: Oatmeal-100, 4/19/2
1 whole egg, 2 egg whites-114, 13/1/5
Protein shake-220, 44/4/4
-creatine 5 grams
12:00 p.m.: Chicken breast-146, 29/0/1
Mixed veggies-100, 4/20/0
3:00 p.m.: Tuna-180, 42/0/2
Brown rice-140, 3/29/1
P.b.-200, 7/7/16
6:00 p.m.: Same as 12:00 meal
9:00 p.m.: Protein shake-220, 44/4/4
Flax seed oil
Multivitamin
I'll also be snaking on almonds throughout the day-160, 7/4/14
Totals- 1976 cals, 241 P, 125 C, 67 F 433

I'm unsure of my post workout meal because I read that I need to spike my insulin levels with some type of carbs. Is my plan alright?
