12 week universal course

I was wondering if someone knows the universal's 12 week course. Is it worth the money or should I forget it as soon as possible. Hope someone can help me telling me more about it. Thanks:p

thanks, I was just curious if it would be a nice welcome to my normal conditioning using the military warning order and the extensive use of power pushup, portable power jumper and power wheel, but I guess I keep going on the way I work out.

using a universal gym would be better than what you just described

a universal can allow you to hit most major muscle groups
