3000 cals, 57 fat, 323 carb, 260 protein...

i could list everything i'm eating if you want. are those numbers good for a bulk?

i'm 6'8" @ 180

Meal #1 - 2 packets of Oatmeal and 1 banana

Meal #2 - 1.5 cups of large curd cottage cheese. 1 orange

Meal #3 - 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter. 1 can tuna

Meal #4 - 1 packet of oatmeal. 1 orange. 1 yogurt

Meal #5 - 2 chicken breasts. 1 sweet potato. unsalted peanuts.

Shake(Cyto Gainer) - 620 cals, 80 carbs, 56 protein

Meal #6 - 1 chicken breast. 1 can tuna

Add some protein in with meal 1, and add in more fat. When adding in more fat I would concentrate on adding more omega 3 fats, and you can accomplish this by adding in some oily fish or supplementing with fish or flaxseed oil. Shoot for ~25% of your daily cals from fat.

I'd replace the chicken with red meat for a bulking diet. Besides, if you ate 3 chicken breasts a day, I guarantee you you'd be mighty sick of chicken after a week or two.
