I'm going to be starting a 4 week 1AD cycle in a week or so and I'll be stacking with 4AD to battle sides, lethargy, loss of libido, etc. I'm unclear of how much 4AD to take. I don't want too much estrogen floating around in my body. My plan was to do 600mg 1AD and 600mg 4AD for 4 weeks, 6OXO post-cycle. Does the dosage of 4AD seem right??

Why not use 1-Test instead of 1-AD? 1-AD needs to convert to 1-Test in the body in order to be effective. Why not skip the need for this step and just use 1-Test? Although 1-AD is excellent, a good 1-Test product will be even more effective.

I did a light cycle of 1AD last year and had good results. I guess I'm going with the 1AD just because I know what to expect as far as sides and gains. Maybe 1-test next time. Does 1-test have the same sides?

From my experience 1-test has less sides. maybe b/c dosages are smaller.

What 4-ad product are you using? It has poor oral bioavalibility. You may need more than 600mg if it is in capsule form.

4AD = Ergo, pill form

You think I'll need more than 600 mg/day? I only ordered one bottle.

If your reason for taking the 4-ad is to counteract sides 600mg may be suffiecient, but if you are wanting it to add more of a muscle building effect I would say 900-1200mg per day.

I agree...more positive effects, less sides from 1-test.

if you insist on going the oral route then 1-AD will be more effective than 1-test. But if you dont mind going transdermal then ditto on 1-test.

1-AD will not be better than 1-test orally if you take the proper 1-test product. If you do, however, 1-test will outperform 1-AD every time!

Just one bottle is fine. Take the same amount of mg of OXO as you did of 1-AD. I did a 1-AD/4-AD cycle a month ago and that is what I did. No side effects whatsoever.
