View Full Version : synephrine + ephedrine HCl = ?

Has anyone tried stacking the two for weight loss? Any synergy going on there? Or perhaps any negative interactions? Im cutting again and was thinking about experimenting with some new things... so if I stop posting here for a while Ive probably accidently killed myself ;)

other than the fact that I stopped breathing a few times it worked well

now I just run the E and S separately

I do like 4-6wks of EC and 4-6wks of SC

Stop breathing as the only side affect? im down to try... lol just kidding. Does anyone know if they affect the same pathway, making it basically the same as a double dose of E? If they affected different pathways, it would be pretty awesome for fat loss, i would imagine. except for that "stopped breathing" part

Many fatburners already stack the two. Just read the labels.

Synephrine will affect a specific receptor (beta-3) where as ephedrine will affect all of the beta-adrenergic receptors.

Which explains why ephedra is more effective than synephrine, and would make stacking them pointless? (question mark means i dont know :))

I don't see any point in stacking them since ephedra will stimulate all the receptors, where as synephrine will stimulate a specific receptor. I do not see any reason to stack them, but then again I have not looked into it that much. If you were to stack them I would definitely start out with a low dosing regime, but IMO I think you would be better off going with what Holto recommended (cycling).

I actually feel the synephedrine giving me a buzz, when combined with ephdra.
