Good size. Calves are cool in one of those. Nice shape. Quads are the only weakness I see. SQUAT! :p

Yeah my quads aren't so hot!! I've started som eserious leg work though!

Im about the same height and weight even bf% etc, ...i should post some pics up to compare.
Your bis and tris have a good shape to them.

Tris and calves look excellent. Definetly need to do a little extra work on the quads to compensate though. Looking very solid man

not bad start to doing some pullovers to make that rib cage bigger. lacking in the chest area. great arms and lat development!! :)
