How much of each would you take when you wake up or a few hours before workout?
Right now im taking 16mg of E and 200mg of C in the morning(not doing the A) and 16mg/100mg 2 hours before workout.
im 195lbs, been working out for a month now and want to be able to still gain muscle mass but loose the bodyfat at the same time. Stats are in my sig.
