1-AD....is it all one needs? (supplement wise)

Okay, I know the title was a little generic.....I know you need tons of food, rest, rest, and more rest, etc. I am speaking more specifically of supplements (assuming my diet is excellent). The advertisers for 1-AD play it up like it's the best thing since sliced bread (no aromatizing, etc.) Does anyone have enough experience with this supp to form an educated opinion of the supplements needed to go along with this one. I have read that 4-AD is probably desirable along with 1-ad, but is an anti-estrogen needed after cycle? Is there a possibility of the gyno. problem? Could one take this alone and skip post cycle therapy? :help:

i have used these products. I was able to obtain them at a highly reduced cost. IMO they are way to expensive for the results they yield. Creatine, protein, vitamins and coffee are all one needs

I totally agree w/ the doc 100% on this. He is correct.

1-ad is ok i put on 10 solid pounds on it yes you will need an anti estrogen when coming off there are better products out there i believe to use

I never needed an anti-estrogen when using 1-AD but i did notice a bit fo hair loss and new hair growth (back) that i was not pleased with and was not expecting. Overall i thought it was pretty cool but really expensive.
