I used to smoke a lot, but I've cut down recently because I have decided that I want to put more focus on my gains. Does anyone know how many calories smoking can burn? Or is it mostly a reduction in water weight? When I smoke I feel like my stomach is a bottomless pit and I just eat and eat because I feel that if I don't, I'll be losing the gains I have made (taking in 3500 cals a day/300g protein). I also drink lots of water because of my creatine intake, I don't want to become dehydrated. It is getting old though because eating so much food becomes expensive. Although I do find it relaxing, and as long as I eat and drink my training the next day is not affected. Can anyone point me to some studies regarding this? Thanks.
