Ok, fine. Maybe I need some work.

HAve a bit of a concave chest, though it's mostly gone when I flex like I do.
WAnt to put a couple more inches on my chest then I'll be proportional in my mind.

I have an hour glass figure!
And have come a long way since last year! :clap:

It's really hard to guess a bodyfat since you have no real shape to you. Did all 35lbs go to your legs?

I'd say around 10%, get the diet in check and start doing your cardio (or bulk up and then cut), check this out for motivation and tips http://www.johnstonefitness.com :p

I actually had a crappy upper body....huge legs still.
I'd say a lot went to upper body.

Sorry, but I'm not going to sugar coat it. :)

Perhaps it's time to revamp your program a bit. I checked your journal and on your so-called "chest day" you do 3 sets total for chest. Then, you go to shrugs and curls. On your back day I see 3-5 sets for back, then shrugs. Then you have an arm day. So that's two days for arms, two for traps, and half-assed chest/back workouts.

I'd suggest modifying your program to include some more volume in your chest workout and really focusing on your primary movements. I think you'll se much more improvement by doing so.

You dont have much size yet, but your frame (skeleton) is very good, your shoulders are broad and you are V shaped in frame.

Definately....I'm gonna get a friend to help me through some other movements.

Thanks for the feedback....now I will attempt to capture the magnificence that is my legs. (yeah right! lol)

Your legs are slightly ahead of your upper body. I would suggest taking galileo's advice on the routine and eat more. You've abviously made large improvements so just keep it up, the iron game involves a lot of patience.

I dont see how I can only weigh 6 more pounds then you at the same height. 6 foot @ 176 pounds. In my opinion I think I appear to weigh a bti mroe then 6 pounds more than you?

How tall are you? I seriously think you are the skinniest 170 ive ever seen. But, thats not a knock on you. Youve obviously made a big improvement, and I wanna say "nice job". Just put on another 50-100lbs and you'll be in good shape. Seriously.
