Is Peanut butter containing peanut oil and palm oil considered natural PB?

The main thing you would want to avoid in peanut butter is added sugar. So, if the product does not have added sugar I would use it.

i am just wondering how a company can still label it natural when it has added palm oil? doesn't sound too natural to me.

Usually all you have to do is go to your local supermarket and look at the backs of the peanut butter jars. If the ingredients say "PEANUTS." or "PEANUTS, SALT." then it is what you want.

Natural peanut butter tastes better than the regular kind. Oh man, it's making me hungry :( I want to replicate a food that tastes like natural peanut butter, has the same healthy fats in it, but somehow has the caloric content of a can of tuna.
