I use fitday, and I've been "guestimating" at the values for my chicken breast portions, since fitday goes by whole breasts. So I've been guessing at like 0.4 of a breast. If someone has the info for just one ounce of the stuff, I'll put it in my "custom" section, and I can start weighing my portions. Thanks.
well the average chicken breast sits around 4oz at 35g of protein, 6-8 of fat, and no carbs

4oz of the frozen chicken breasts I buy (after thawing) is purported to have 3g fat, 0g carbs, 22g protein. So 1oz is ~1g fat with ~6g protein.

Sorry, I should have specified this as cooked weight. Fitday sorta does it by volume/size. Thanks.

They'll all be a little different, depending on how much fat is trimmed. I just made a custom food on fitday based on the nutrition label from the chicken I buy.
