Does it work? Is it as anabolic as it is supposed to be? How much would I approximately gain - 148 lbs 5'10"

You'll probably gain more by just eating more

Agreed, get some creatine and eat a ton, you'll be better off. Animal Test will help you gain, but I suggest you just pick up some 1-AD and 4-AD instead. If you go that route, get some 6-0X0 for post-cycle. There is a sticky at the top of the page I suggest you read if you plan on going that route.

I'd go with 1-test instead of 1-AD, since 1-AD converts to 1-test. He'd still have to get his diet in check and if he's not eating enough to gain right now he won't get anything out of PHs.

Do you feel 1-test is a bit too strong for a "newbie" though? I've heard 1-AD is the best way to go if it is your first cycle.

you will be disaapointed with the results
concentrate on eating, at that weight you are nowhere near needing hormonal supps
as much as supp companies want you to think the opposite, nothing comes quick and easy in BBing
