Definitely one of the better diets that people have posted :)

Fish oil would be a better choice than Udo's as I believe it contains omega 6? which is generally not required. I see you've got a little fruit and veg in there but you may want to consider adding some more. Other than that, looking good.

Well check out some of the replies to this (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=46983) thread.

There's no excuse for the veggies tho :) They'd go great with meal 3. Maybe consider replacing some of the pecans with (half) an avocado. Some spinach leaves or some carrot/celery/cucumber sticks would make a good snack, perhaps with meal 2. Probably won't make much difference from a body building perspective, but would be good for general health.

Extras simple sugar is ok. You need sugar for a bulk or a cut. I also think that udo's oil is a good choice but you may want to supp some fish oil caps and/or swap out your chicken in meal three for a piece of salmon every now and then. overall not bad!
