hi. i just found out my BMR and AMR by using the formula given on the basic diet section of the diet archive. my AMR is 2435.02, and my BMR is 1739.3. so it states to gain weight, make sure u consume more calories than your AMR/BMR everyday, and to not make drastic changes immediately. so my question is, by how many calories should i exceed my AMR so as to put on some weight? i dono my current calorie intake, i usually just eat frequently, but as u can imagine it stops working that way and its time to get real. any help? thank you
