Hey i read the stickies but i still have some questions. im thinking about buying some creatine from atlarge.com and ive asked many people and they say creatine is a waste.... bc it fills your body with water weight n then when your done u go back to normal. is creatine very beneficial in mass gains or is it not needed? if all it does is give alittle boost of energy couldnt i just eat something that gives me energy before a workout? im sorry if your annoyed of answering these questions i just want to make sure its worth the money O.o thanks. and also does mixing creatine + protein w/ workout increase gains alot more then without creatine.

Creatine helps marginally to lift more weight, this leads to progression and hopefully muscle growth. You gain water weight initially, but any muscle you gain while on it is your to keep.

how much water do u need to drink daily with it? and has it helped any1 alot more then without creatine?

I take a 5g teaspoon straight in the mouth, flush it down with 1l of water, about 45 minutes before my sessions. 3 eggwhites, 1 whole egg, 12fl oz of 2% fat milk in a shake just after, and I'm kicking goals.
I've found it has helped push an extra rep out where in turn i should of failed.
