Okay im 15 yrs old 184 lbs not too much fat but you could say im chubby. Im thinking of going on Whey Protein after my workouts.If i work out every day exept sundays and i take whey after every workout.How do you think my results will be by the beginning of august. And then the beginning of september?Any suggestions on what to do would be good too,im only going to take the whey until im satisfied with my results,then ill just workout regularly.
Whey protein is FOOD. What do you expect FOOD to do to you?

take a chicken breast.
dry it out
put it in a blender and make into powder
add chocolate flavouring
remove chicken flavour
you have whey.
kinda.
i hope to god they never make chicken flavour whey.

*** I understand the frustration, but I don't think it's his fault for asking a question of this sort. There are a lot of misinformed people out there who are only trying to better themselves. I think he should be commended for his efforts in trying to seek out the truth.
That said, the answer to your question lies in understanding what the role of protein is, what it does and what it will do for you if you supplement it in greater quantities and quality into your current nutritional program.
