A very long time ago, I posted about an article I read in MD. It was about joint supplements and very serious risks (i think one was about them being carcinogenic). I want to start a joint supplement but can't remember which one they were referring to, and the sides associated with it. I think it was Glucosamine and 1 other. Anyone got any articles they can link me to?
Look into the ETS here!!!

That has no relevance to what I was asking. Please re-read my post.

I was thinking the same thing... Try checking the main page, there is a article that may be helpful. I would link it for you, but I have a game of Halo minimized and I don't want to get killed. :D

ETS contains microlactin, which one of the benefits of is reducing joint pain, so the post is clearly relevant to your first post.
As for the specific joint pain supplement you are referring to, I am not sure of it.

Glucosamine is often coupled with Chondroitin Sulfate.

Sorry for the confusion. I was considering starting a joint supplement and it brought up a memory of an article I read in MD about some very serious sides. I just wanted to satisfy my curiousity because it is killing me that I can't remember what they were. I found it and it deals with glucosamine and insulin resistance.
