Tried a search but couldn't find any info on the pro's and con's of taking 1-AD on a cutting cycle. Has anyone tried it? Would it be a waste of money to take 1-AD and not bulk at the same time? If there are threads on this that I have missed, could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

it could possibly aid in retaining more lean mass while be lenient on the diet some or cutting calories hard.. you're better off finding a sensible diet that works for you, lift heavy, get your rest, some cardio if you choose, and possibly a ec stack

Don't you think it would be possible to gain at least a little muscle with 1-AD while cutting? I'd be doing a 4 week cycle, 600mg/day, and my diet would provide about a 500 calorie deficit each day (so hopefully lose 1 pound of mostly if not all fat per week). I understand that with extremely limited exceptions, it is not possible to gain muscle mass while dieting, but wouldn't use of a prohomorne fit you into one of those exceptions?

You can gain muscle and lose fat with 1-AD. You just won't gain as much as you would if you were eating a caloric surplus. Also, if you are prone to losing a lot of muscle mass when you diet then it would definitely not be a waste of money. You will synthesize protein at an increased rate while on 1-AD instead of the catabolic state that a cut normally induces. I used 1-T on a cut with the great success. But your routine and diet and cardio are the most important factors.

Forget the 1-ad for the cut, just get some clen.

if you do be careful....besides from what I've heard clen is not much better than ephedra anyway.

Depends, for long-term use ephedrine is better, for short-term clen is a lot better. A lot of people do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with clen with EC in the middle. They tend to lose a lot more fat than people who just use EC for the whole time.
