What's your opnion of the waitress in the pic? Having a bit of a debate at work (with some non-training people) on whether she look's good etc.

Fair enough, I agree with that as well actually. I just don't like when a woman's bodyfat gets that low; she then loses her femininity imo.

The waist-to-hip ratio that is basically universally preferred by men across the world is about .7 to 1.0. This almost directly correlates with fertility rates, regardless of bodyfat percentage. This has been thoroughly documented by our friends known as evolutionary psychologists (yay!!!).
I do not know if less bodyfat contributes to a decrease in male attraction, but I wouldn't be surprised, as really low bodyfat on women will often cause menstruation and ovulation to cease, and furthermore, women typically deposit fat in a manner that contributes to this .7/1.0 ratio.

True story. There was the hottest looking chic at the gym this morning, from the waist up. Her face was beautiful, nice chest, thin but muscular arms, long blonde hair, but that is where it all ended.


I am not kidding, she had the upper body of someone who weighed around 120 but her waist down looked like it belong on someone who weight 220. Her hips, rear, and thighs were enormous compared to her upper body.

If you took a waist up shot of her, she could be a model.

I can't say I agree with everyone else. I dont' find that woman attractive at all. Disregarding her physique I doubt I'd find her anything more than average look-wise and with that low a level of body fat she isn't helping that for me. Also I have to agree with Vido about level of fitness. I think a girl doing exercise (weightlifting, sports, etc.) with more than a casual intensity can be a turn-on, but when you begin stepping over the lines of femininity into masculinity, that's when I exit stage left.

I understand what you're saying, but does a woman have to look like Ronnie w/ some lipstick on for her to become unattractive? (not saying the woman in question is anwhere near that level though). As soon as a woman starts straying too far from what a woman looks like (higher bodyfat, curvy, etc.) I'm no longer attracted to them and I can say the woman in question crossed that line. As far as the woman you posted, she's very attractive and would be so with or without that level of musculature that she has, I know you didn't intend to post her as a comparison or anything, but I don't think you anyone can really compare her to the waitress posted even though they both have muscular physiques. One would be average looking at best if she had a "normal" body, the other would still be a knock out. That's just my two cents.
