Hope you bro's don't mind me starting a nutrition log here. I feel that keeping a running tally of what I am eating will help my goals.

Right now I am cutting as I weigh 200 pounds at 20% body fat. I eat anywhere from 10-12 times my body weight in cals. As far as my macronutrient ratio goes I shoot for about a 40/30/30 split.

Anyhow, thought I would include what I ate today as my first entry.

December 2, 2004
cup egg whites
1 egg
4 slices Canadian bacon
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 table spoons natural peanut butter
(Cals:600, Prot:46, Carbs:49, Fat:24.5)

2 scoops whey
cup oatmeal
Serving sugar free chocolate pudding mix
(Cals:405, Prot:51, Carbs:41, Fat:5.5)

1 chicken breast
cup yams
2/3 cup green beans
(Cals:370, Prot:39, Carbs:32, Fat:7.5)

2 scoops whey
cup oatmeal
Serving sugar free chocolate pudding mix
(Cals:405, Prot:51, Carbs:41, Fat:5.5)

1 pollock fillet
1 and cups brocoli
tablespoon olive oil
(Cals:210, Prot:19, Carbs:7, Fat:10)

1 sugar free sherbert bar
(Cals:70, Prot:1, Carbs:17, Fat:0)

TOTALS: (Cals:2060, Prot:207, Carbs:187, Fat:53)
Misc:10 cups water, 2 cans diet soda

good job i would jusyt change the sherbert bar to a slow digesting protein such as cc

The sherbert bar is sugar free/fat free, and has only 70 cals. I use it more than anything to keep a little sanity. If figure if it keeps me away from a snickers that's good.

Just finished my last meal for day 2. Gotta say that I am definately becomming like you guys. That's right my protein farts are clearing the room:D

Haven't started my training yet, but will hit the gym on monday. I was gonna do a FB routine but am now leaning towards the wannabebig routine #1.

Anyhow, here is what I ate today. may not be perfect but I'm trying.

No journal for saturday december 4th. Tonight was my companies christmas party so I didn't really follow a set eating schedule all day. To make matters worse I ended up having a panic attack and they had to call an ambulance. To say the embarrassment has put me in the dumps would be an understatement. And when I get in the dumps, I tend to beat myself up, usually with food. Just had a reeses peanut butter cup and some soda.
