its kinda hard to tell if you have progressed because of the different poses and lighting, try and keep them consistent... you sure you are 190? :)

ryuage: Yeah I'm sure:) I'm 86-87 kg. Were you saying you thought I was probably under that, or over? Don't forget I'm 6' 5.5".

CC: Yeah the lighting's changed because I had to shift into another room in the flat. I move around a lot because I'm doing work placements for uni. So consistency in backgrounds is not going to be a strength in my pictures :)

Crazedwombat: I only have the one pillow with the stripes, the rest of that mass is a duvet cover! haha glad you like it. You reckon only 10%? I thought I was more like 15-18%. Who knows, I'll have to eventually invest in a tester.

I'd guess bodyfat to be more like 14-15%, 10 is too low at 10% you'd be seeing lots definition in the abs.

You look very skinny, I thought 75-77kg (I'm 77.3Kg) but you're very tall... hell, you are >20cm taller than me.

Yeah I thought I was probably around that fat range too, Canadarm. I don't think I've been at 10% since I was about 15 years old... I used to be reeeeeaaaly skinny, you could see my ribs even when I was relaxed.

GhostRider: I've checked the weight on about 3 different scales :)
I think I was pushing 90kg the other day at the gym, but I'd probably drunk about 3 bottles of water.

Haha yeah I see which one you're talking about, but if you look closely I think you'll find that that's where the carpet looks a bit darker, and it looks like it's part of my nail. Believe me, I don't let them get that long :)

Wow, dude. In your first sets of pics I honestly didn't notice any difference. Maybe it was the lighting and different poses. But I kept my mouth shut rather than say anything negative.

BUT DAMN! The last set the difference is remarkable! You have a very tall frame and you are really starting to fill it out and add muscle. A tremendous improvment. Keep doing what you are doing cause It's working!

PS: I'm 6'1" and I struggle to fill out. I can only imagine how much harder the extra 4" must make it. RESPECT.

Pizdoff: Yeah it's possible I have, actually. I guess that really is a myth that you can't put on muscle and lose fat at the same time, then, since I've gained weight as well. It's just easier if you put both on at the same time.

Jensen: Thanks man! It's a bit of a struggle alright, but I've just forced myself to eat like a bastard. I think I could have made more gains if I got enough sleep too. Also, most of those gains between the second and third set of pics have been from doing WBB1. You should check it out.
