Hi, I'm new over here. It seems to be a quite interesting forum where I could get help:) I just began to train seriously, this summer. I did lot of cardio, even when winter began. But now, it's getting way too cold outside for me to do cardio, so my question is: What indoor(beside gym) exercises could I do to keep in shape. Thank you

if possible get as bike/treadmill. otherwise some circuit training with jumping jacks/skippiong/squats/pushups/chin ups etc

swimming is good cardio, however i guess you would have to go to a gym for that

what's 'way too cold'? More than -25 I'd say.

this may not help by why not take up hockey on the ponds. You live in canada might as well use our best export.
