I just figured out a rough estimate of the amount of calories I take in each day and it was only around 1500. I was really pretty shocked cause I eat 6 meals a day and didn't think it would be so low. I get over 200 g of protein a day which is good cause I only weigh 160 lbs. and I take in around 100 g of carbs a day. About how many carbs should I be taking in daily to gain weight? Like 3000? Here is what I usually eat every day but it changes some days due to my schedule. Is there anything anyone can recommend adding to each meal so I get more calories?

Breakfast:
5 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop whey

Snack:
Myoplex

Post-Workout Lunch:
5 oz. chicken
3/4 cup brown rice
1 scoop whey

Snack:
2 cans tuna

Dinner:
5 oz. chicken
Big Salad

Before Bed:
1 serving cottage cheese

I also drink between a gallon and a gallon and a half of water each day.

Yup, read the "what a bodybuilder eats" list, and print it off then go to Fitday.com and start tracking your calories correctly.

Are you bulking or cutting? Either way I don't think you're getting enough carbs. I'm not an expert, but I think it's typical to get 40-60% of your calories from carbs, depending on whether you're trying to gain weight or lose weight.

Depends on the person. For me, it's between about 10% and about 40%, depending if it's a lifting day or a non-lifting day.

keep getting that protein, 20-30% of your cals should come from good fats and the rest from carbs, however many that works out to be
