Basically, I need help finding out how many calories I should be consuming a day in order to build up my abs and lower my BF% from 14% to <=10%. Basically I will be doing cardio everyday and an ab workout two-three times a week. What kind of diet should I get going(what kind of foods and when)? I used to weigh 240 a year ago so I gain weight REALLY easily. I am currently 148-152 pounds or so, and 6'0"-6'1".

Not to be a dick, but cutting 4% bodyfat at your weight and height would put you around 140lbs give or take a few pounds. That's really skinny at your height. If you say you gain weight really easily I would suggest you bulk up a little bit by gaining 15lbs while staying lean and then cut from there. That way you'd still be skinny, but you'd be closer to your current weight at a lower bodyfat.
