Ah ha, how the hell do I do that? :) Right now I take about 200 grams of whey a day and a wulti viatimin. I am 22 years old. 6'2", 255 lbs.

Keep reading. Take in as much as you can regarding diet and training.

For us to give you any specific help you will need to post a sample daily diet and your training routine.

My cutting diet guidelines are in my sig - lots of ways to do it, but they're all based on sufficient protein and a small but significant caloric drop, along with heavy lifting to preserve muscle mass. Cardio may or may not be required.
